One of Colorado’s most popular attractions is the outdoors, particularly for bikers, skiers, and climbers. With scenic mountains, deserts, rivers, and more, this state is known for its natural beauty. One of its most popular parks is Rocky Mountain National Park, one of its four national parks. Louis Ballast, the owner of the Humpty Dumpty Drive-In in Denver, Colorado, coined the term “cheeseburger” in 1935. A preserved set of dinosaur tracks can be found at Picketwire Canyon in Colorado. The dinosaur prints can be seen over a distance of 0.25 miles and more than 1,300 steps. Colorado became a state 100 years following the signing of the Declaration of Independence.
